BigTent imports Korean outdoor gear directly into British Columbia, Canada. Your shipping method is set by stock status at the time you order:

• In stock → Local ground. Ships from our BC warehouse, about 2–7 business days within Canada and the continental US.
• Out of stock → Standard ocean freight (free). Your order is placed on the next available sailing at no extra cost, typically arriving within about 5–8 weeks. Routed automatically — nothing to do on your end.
• Want it sooner? Express air freight. About 2–4 weeks, available for eligible items for an additional fee. The express air option can only be selected on our website — choose it on the product page here: /products/monterra-cubex-28-air-shelter.
• Local pickup (Canada only). Ready for pickup in 2 business days once your order is in stock at our BC warehouse.
